Return window

Most unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging, with tags and accessories included.

How to start a return

Email info@xsftrade.com with your order number and reason for return
Wait for return instructions before shipping the item back
Use a trackable shipping method; keep the receipt until the refund is completed

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong product.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care items, intimate goods, perishable products, gift cards, and customized items generally cannot be returned unless faulty. Final-sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable are also excluded.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to the case.
